Bamboo Tree Bun Tuoi Fresh Vietnamese Rice Vermicelli
Not use food additives and chemicals
1. Boil water in a pot until fully boiled (100oC or 212oF).
2. Place rice noodles fully submerged in boiling water and cook for about 8 minute.
3. Drain rice noodles and put it into the bowl.
4. The rice noodles now can be used with broth. You can use fresh vermicelli with roasted meat, deep fried spring rolls or with broths of your choice. Pan-Fry style: Adding your favourite meat such as chicken, pork, beef, egg or seafood. Add some seasoning to your taste. Ready hot pan, add some cooking oil, frying evenly in couple minutes. Pour all in the rice noodles, stir well and serve immediately. Keep in dry and cook place, avoid direct sunlight.
