Delivery & Returns


Due to the COVID-19 health crisis, our couriers moved to ZERO contact deliveries. This means all deliveries will be send out with ATL (Authority to Leave). The Driver will the package in a safe place and a photo will be taken of the item at the door.

We are based in Melbourne and we deliver Australia Wide - No matter where you are!
    1.   CLICK & COLLECT

We offer free pick up at our warehouse at Truganina, Vic 3029 during business hours Monday - Friday 10am - 4.30pm.

All orders need to be placed on online.

When your order’s ready to collect we’ll send you an email. Only go to the store once you receive this ‘Ready to collect’ notification


We use Australia PostSendle, Courier Please and Fastway as our trusted delivery services to deliver Australia wide.

NOTE: You have to choose Australia Post if you want to deliver to PO BOX/ Parcel Collect, otherwise we will contact you for extra payment.


For orders under $79, our system smartly fetches real time fee from these couriers based on your shipping location and total weight of your order. You will see the shipping fee calculated at Check Out page 

For orders over $79, we offer FREE/DISCOUNTED shipping bases on your location and special occasions. Please see the Special Yin Yam Discounted Shipping fee as below:

Note:*The Metro Shipping Zone is classified by our shipping matrix and is different with the Government Metropolitan zone.

** The weight above is based on cubic weight which is the standard method of calculation used by couriers.

Shipping rates above are a guide only and may vary at checkout depending on the size of your order.

     4.   TRACKING

Once your order is packed we will send you an email with tracking number and a link to one of the following couriers. If your order goes with our In-house Delivery, there will not be a tracking number sent to you.

Fastway for most Melbourne/Victoria deliveries

Sendle for most National Deliveries

Normally delivery takes 1-5 days for the orders shipped within Victoria and 4-10 days for the rest of Australia.


Due to the current lockdown restriction across Australia, there might be delayed with the courier companies.



We do not offer return/refund for change of mind.

If a Product is damaged, incorrect or faulty, you should contact us within 14 days at to arrange your return or exchange. You must comply with directions or instructions given by us in relation to returning the damaged, faulty or defective Products to us or the manufacturer.

Returned Products must be returned with proof of purchase.

If you have not received your delivery please contact us within 14 days (from order date).
